FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What makes The Reform Co different?
We’re an Australian-owned company committed to making high-quality reformers more accessible. By partnering directly with trusted manufacturers and cutting out the middleman, we offer studio-grade equipment at fair prices without compromising on quality, durability, or design.
2. Are your reformers suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our reformers are designed for all levels of practice. Beginners can start with simple movements, while more advanced users can take advantage of adjustable resistance and professional-grade performance.
3. Do I need Pilates experience to use a reformer?
No. Reformer Pilates can be adapted to all fitness levels. Many customers start with online tutorials or beginner programs, and our equipment makes it easy to progress at your own pace.
4. How are your reformers different from studio machines?
Our reformers are built to the same quality standards as studio equipment, using durable materials and smooth, stable mechanics. The main difference is that ours are designed to be compact and convenient for home use.
5. How much space do I need for a reformer?
Our reformers are designed to fit comfortably in most homes. They can be folded or stored upright when not in use, making them practical for apartments and smaller spaces.
6. How long does shipping take?
As our reformers are made to order directly from the manufacturer, delivery typically takes 6–8 weeks from the time of purchase. This ensures every unit is freshly produced, quality-checked, and shipped securely to your door.
7. Do the reformers come with a warranty?
Yes. All reformers come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Please check individual product details for warranty length and coverage.
8. Do you ship across Australia?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.
9. Can I try a reformer before I buy?
At this stage, we don’t offer in-person trials. However, we provide detailed product descriptions, images, and support to help you choose with confidence.
10. Do I need special training to assemble it?
No. Our reformers come with easy-to-follow instructions, and most customers find they can assemble them in under an hour with basic tools.
11. Why buy a reformer for home instead of studio memberships?
A home reformer offers freedom and flexibility. You can work out whenever it suits you, as often as you like, without worrying about class timetables or ongoing membership fees. Over time, it’s also a cost-effective investment in your health and wellbeing.
12. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible payment options, including Afterpay, so you can spread the cost of your reformer into manageable instalments while starting your Pilates journey straight away.
